  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not attend without notice, a cancellation fee may apply. This policy helps us maintain availability for other clients.
  • Rescheduling:
    We offer free rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Canceled Appointments:
    If you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds for Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
    Refunds may not be available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time or for missed appointments without prior notice.
  • Refunds Due to Service Issues:
    If you experience technical issues or disruptions that prevent you from completing your telehealth session, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review the circumstances and may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

3. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a cancellation, refund, or rescheduling, please contact our support team:

Include your name, appointment date, and reason for the request in your message. Our team will review your request and respond within two business days.

4. Changes to This Policy

Uniwell.Health reserves the right to update or change this Refund and Cancellation Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
